Our people have diverse hobbies and interests. Many of our teachers are learning Japanese, with several holding JLPT certifications at various levels, the highest being N1.
More than 80% of our teaching staff are full-time professional Aikido teachers, unlike most other Aikido schools where the majority of instructors are volunteers with other regular jobs. Our teachers are deeply passionate about Aikido. Many regularly visit overseas Aikido schools to train with Aikido masters and learn from them.
We have an excellent operations team that readily supports the teaching staff, ensuring optimal efficiency. The use of online attendance systems helps us keep track of our latest class status. Additionally, our administrative processes and policies are regularly reviewed to maintain high standards.

We believe that hiring like-minded individuals that specialises in their area of expertise will allow us to expand our company and enhance our operations. This will definitely be our cornerstone where we can collectively achieve our bold goal.
